Optional — helps us understand what you're looking for. Pick as many as you like.

Geography

No password here. When an account is created for you, you get a link to choose your own — or, where that is not set up, whoever provisions it shares one with you over a secure channel. A password itself never arrives by e-mail.

When you send the request, we record your acceptance with the time, the details you gave above and the network address it came from, and hand you both documents as PDF files to keep. Once your account exists, they are in Settings › Privacy as well.
